Can I get a demo account?

Yes. Set up a free demo account and the solution sells itself.

Who is the ideal customer?

Any business with 250 users or less. The solution is optimal for 25-50 users.

How is this different from other Unified Communications solutions?

WorkSpace is voice-enabled Microsoft Lync, which means clients can integrate all of their office communications into one solution that gives them total freedom to work and collaborate from anywhere. WorkSpace also offers an ACD solution for businesses with call center operations.

What does it take to install WorkSpace?

Once account(s) are provisioned through Intel Hybrid Cloud, WorkSpace will e-mail your client the software links, install instructions and user SIP IDs, logins and passwords. Unless porting an existing number, this will happen within 5 days. And as companies change and grow, new employees can be added to their WorkSpace subscription quickly and easily.

What kind of ongoing support does WorkSpace require?

All upgrades and maintenance are done in the cloud by WorkSpace. We also provide 24x7 technical support.
