SUSE Linux Enterprise Server enables you to easily deploy your applications to the Intel Hybrid Cloud. SUSE Linux Enterprise Server + Intel Hybrid Cloud are identical to the versions of SUSE Linux Enterprise Server available for installation on physical hardware and are ready to support all enterprise workloads.

Is there any difference between SUSE Linux Enterprise Server + Intel Hybrid Cloud and the version of SUSE Linux Enterprise Server I can run on physical servers?

No, the two versions are functionally identical.

Do I need to register SUSE Linux Enterprise Server + Intel Hybrid Cloud with the Novell Customer Center to receive updates and maintenance?

Yes, the “suse_register” command needs to be run and an activation code provided by Intel will need to be entered so that additional packages and updates can be applied.
