What is Managed Workplace?

Managed Workplace is software installed on your Intel Hybrid Cloud Server. It lets your IT Service Provider proactively monitor the health, performance, and uptime of your Intel Hybrid Cloud, including all the applications running on it, as well your entire IT environment (PCs, servers, printers, network gear, etc.), and makes sure things are properly maintained with updates, patches, security audits. This keeps your business systems and workers productive.

What makes it different from other Remote Management software?

Managed Workplace is extremely feature rich and supports many hundreds of vendor products out of the box. It is a hybrid model, meaning you can choose to deploy it without installing any agents on your end devices, so a single installation running on the Intel Hybrid Cloud Server can monitor and manage the entire IT environment.
