    OS is Linux. Which comes preinstalled with the software on the Intel Hybrid Cloud product.
    Requires an internet connection to communicate with the Control Panel for administrative moves, adds and changes.
    Requires an account with a VoIP service provider for voice communication on inbound and outbound calls. Most all service providers that offer VoIP phone service will work with our product.
    Requires the purchase of IP phones. Polycom and Aastra are recommended brands. Other SIP phones can be used but are not certified on our system. User experience and features will vary based upon brand.
